Where the facts come from
- Rates. Published marketplace data (FreightWaves on REPOWR data, REPOWR) and advertised listings, each linked where used. No rate is invented: where none is published we say so.
- Requirements. The lessors’ own FAQs (Premier, XTRA).
- Rules. The Code of Federal Regulations and FHWA, linked on each page.
- Branches. Each company’s published branch list, read October 29, 2026: XTRA Lease, Premier Trailer Leasing, Milestone Trailer Leasing, TEN Leasing (Star Leasing), Boxwheel Trailer Leasing. We publish the branch name, city, phone and website only.
Independence
Rent Semi Trailer is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any rental company listed; listings are free and come from each company’s own published branch list. No company pays to be listed or to rank higher; branches are ordered by state and city.
Corrections
Companies: update your published branch list and the change is picked up at the next check. Lessors not listed can be added when they publish a branch list with city and phone for each location.
Who runs this site
Rent Semi Trailer is published by WellTracked. It takes no payment from the companies listed.
